  1. You don't need money to have a toy. Take a cardboard box big enough for her to get in and cut holes in the sides and top. Make sure each side has a door and lots of little windows. Put a string in one of the top holes and watch her go. I have never to this day had a cat that can resist a string. Take a brown paper bag and cut a small  hole in the back thread a string though the hole and show her the string as you pull it out the back. Get a fishing pole put a fake mouse on the end of the line and drop it though a top hole of the box. Get a round  plastic clothes basket and put a marble in the bottom and show her how it goes around in circles. Cats love to play it just takes a little imagination on our part to find the best toys. The best toys are the ones that have you on the other end.

  2. I play fetch with my cat (weird i know). I bought my cat a piece of yarn too. He is always playing with it =]

  3. Cats do sleep alot.

    Alot.

As long as she is acting normal apart from that, it's probably ok.

You don't need to shell out megabucks for kitty toys. A cardboard box. Small balls of crumpled up paper or aluminum foil. String (supervise! don't let your kitty eat it!!!!!! Very bad.) A ping pong ball or something like that is great too. You could probably find some cheap at a dollar store. If your kitty tries to play with your arm, don't react too much. Just remove her paws/teeth/whatever and get her to play with something else. The more reaction (good or bad) she gets from playing with your arm the more she'll want to do it.

    Some other random thoughts...

    - I don't know how old your kitty is, but older cats generally don't play as much.

    - If she goes outside, it's possible she gets enough stimulation out there and doesn't need extra play time.

    - I wonder why your mom won't let you get toys???

  4. Get a ball of yarn, a flashlight or roll some aluminum foil into a ball.  They don't need much to get the going.  The flashlight going around on the floor will really get her going.  Just know that cats spend much of their time napping - that's just what they do.

  5. wrestle with her you can use yarn but be careful sometimes a cat will eat it or choke itself to death it happens.
