Everytime he lays on the floor and watches whats happening around him i start to talk to him and say cute things, he starts yawning. He knows that I love it when he yawns, its the cutest thing ever. Im thinkng that hes doing it on purpose cause he only yawns like this when i start to talk to him and say nice things? haha

  1. That's one way that cats tell you they are feeling relaxed. Our two cats do that too and we call it "stretchy-cat time." Cats will only do that with owners they really trust so you must be doing something right with your kitty!

  2. OMG that is adorable i can make my cat sneeze its so cute!

  3. The answer here is quite obvious.  You bore your cat.  Brush up on your conversational skills and everything will be fine.

    ;-)

  4. that is soooo cute get a video of it and send it to AFV  and put it on youtube email me if you put it on youtube please

  5. I think your cat is stressed because when animals yawn that means that they are stressed.  It does not mean that they are bored or tired it just means that your cat is stressed.  So just let your cat be for a while and do disturb your cat just let them relax.

  6. Aw, that must be so sweet. My cat, Ben who i have just lost. Always use to it!! He would look at the xmas tree, and yawn at the lights. Its normal, I Love the seeing them yawn:)..

  7. Omigosh, my dog does the same thing!!  This sounds weird, but if we say something like "Are you cute?" or something like that, she'll yawn as if she's answering us!  Wow, I just thought she was being silly.

And it's not a bored yawn, it's a very excited yawn, and then she'll get all happy.  Lol, it's so funny, but true!

    :)
