My cats always ill, what can i do?

My cat is 9 years old and he always has something wrong with him, like an ulcer on his head or in his eyes, FIV, or an ear infection. I was wondering if theres anything i can feed him to like boost his immune system or something he normally just eats cat food from a tin.

Put it to sleep as it is past it. And get a new cat, lots of healthy cats that are put down and you can adopt one.

Ask your vet if there is anything they can give him and while he is recovering you could keep him inside more to stop him picking up infections etc.
