My cect phone wont charge ?

i have a cect phone MT228, my battery wont charge when i use the usb cord, also i cant get access to my flash memory card unless i use usb cord, is it the battery or the phone or connection, i just got the phone a month ago it was working fine, but now it wont charge, it will charge with wall charger, but wont charge with usb cord, please help.

you need to have the seller re-send you a new cable - the one sent is defective.

Try another USB cable. The one u use is obviously defect. It´s not a matter of phones electronics, because charging with wall charger works...
