My cell phone isn't worrking properly what do i do ???

everything on my cell phone works except when i call people i can hear them but they can NOT hear me i've had this phone for a year and a half now.... what do i do ??? or whats wrong with it ? its a telus nokia

Your phone is most likely on the mute function.

If you are not, then you have yourself a problem.

Power off the device.

Take out the battery.

Wait 30-60 seconds.

Put the battery into the phone.

Power ON.

This should work. If not take it to your local service provider.

maybe u have it on mute? but i doubt that each time u call them u press the mute button. WIth the mute button u can hear them but they cant hear u.
