My cell won't charge.?

Question

I have the samsung alias (u740) and it just stopped charging. Has anyone had the same problems or does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

well this has happen to me before well here what the problem may be it maybe the charger that need replacing or the battery but if you have tried those things then it maybe something wrong with your phone

this happened to my voyager.and to my moms krazr. for me the pins in my charger broke and i had to buy a new one and that fixed the problem. for my mom her phone wasnt reconizing the charger as an official charger so it didnt accept it. you can bring the alias back to the verizon store and just ask them to take a look at it cuz its not charging and bring ur charger.
