It is a 2 year old Rheem. Clean. Seems to have no electricity. Can't find a restart button.

  1. is there a fuse box outside on the air unit we have central air and when the fuse blows there our unit doesnt run just the fan

  2. First answer is good. It easy to check.

Check the little wires from the house to the unit outside (Voltmeter), be sure they not get cut, broke or weed-eater get them. Next, inside the unit is a Relay that can go bad. After that I would check the Starter Capacitor (Be careful these things can shock).

It could be low on Freon, but, if it been running and cold this year, I doubt that one.

  3. Two likely causes: thermostat problem, and breaker problem.  The outside unit is fed by a cable from an outside-mounted breaker box; see if it has power or has tripped.
