It leans forward just slightly and no matter how I sit, even with my feet in the chair, my entire body starts to side... so maybe it is a bit more than slightly...

How can I fix this!?

  1. There should be an adjustment k**b underneath the chair seat that you can adjust.

  2. Some of the better office chairs have an adjustment for tilt.

Look under the chair and see if there is a k**b that will adjust the tilt.  Some have a k**b that adjusts the back, up or down and or forward or back.   Good luck

  3. If the chair is indeed broken (as it very well may be) you should speak with your supervisor about having the chair replaced. Until then, you can prop yourself up by putting a small pillow or rolled small towel under your legs just behind your knees. My chair was broken and sat an an odd tilt a few weeks ago, and I know how much the back pain and constant sliding sucks!
