My charger won't work in my digital camera?

it says full battery but when i take the charger off, the camera goes off and doesn't come back on. do you know what the problem could be?

This may be camera specific .. call the cameras help line and have them help you.

How about the battery age? If it used to be a lower and lower  power battery, I think it is dead completely. you'd better get a new one for your camera.

It's broke.
