My chickens eggs?

why doesnt my chickens lay on there eggs when they are fertile they just lay them then get up and act like they are not even there? and we have three females and one male this august they will be a year old she has been laying eggs when she was about 6-7 months old and she has not layed on one egg at all and we have a incubator and put there eggs in there for about a week then checked them with a flash light and in 2 of them there was a baby chicken in there with vains around it so we know it is alive and the 2 she didnt lay on them also when we had our basement water proofed we gave them to my mom she owns around 30 chickens hoping the females will learn how to stay on the eggs and when we brought them back she still didnt lay on them. and when we brought them back the male was snezzing constintly f

Chickens will lay 6-15 eggs before sitting. So you probably removed the eggs too early. Leave the eggs in the coop and see what happens!
