My chihuahua has seizures?

she stiffens up and her head feels real warm .they last for about 3 or 4 min. Her skin has black spots also

My Yorkie used to have seizures really bad ones.  They were so often and severe that he had to get on a medicine called Phenobarbatol (sp?)

Sad thing is he still had them now and then.  Just make sure he doesn't hurt himself by walking about because they are very unsteady. Take him to the vet immediately if seizures get to bad they can kill the dog. Don't take this lightly it's very serious!!!!

my chihuahua had a seizure a couple of times i took her to the vet after the first one and he said it was because her sugar level was to low and to put a little syrup in her food once a week and so far no more seizures but i would definitely go to vet to see if your dog is having the same problem

Are you giving your do chocolate?  I had a friend whose og did the same thing and the vt told her to quit giving her chocolate and it really worked.  Something abot the bean used to make chocolate.  I think a lot of dogs are allergic.  If it is not chocolate- something is causing you puppy to have an allergic reaction.  No table food- they say that is really bad for dogs....
