  1. It changes when he grow and grow.

  2. My son is left handed but he does everything but write with his right hand. He bats right handed, kicks, etc. He's 27 now but until he was 5 or so he used both hands equally.

  3. My son does this too(Left Hand,Right Leg). He also writes with his left hand and throws with his right. I can't figure it out. He is six. People have told me he is ambidextrous. But he always rights with his left.

  4. They sometimes don't exhibit a true "hand preference" until they are in first grade or higher.   I thought for sure my daughter was going to be left-handed when she was four, but she turned out to be right-handed.

The foot preference at this point probably has very little to do with your son's eventual hand preference.

  5. My brother is like this, too -- writes with his right, kicks with his left. He was a very talented kicker when he was young, too, so using a different hand and leg caused no problems at all.
