  1. 1. You could make a short survey for the existing parents and employees to fill out that includes what they like about your business and ways that they think you could improve. Let them fill it out anonymously.

    2. Use the examples of what they like to make flyer's about your center and post them on community bulletin boards.

    3. If you get suggestions from employees and parents do your best to use some of their ideas so they know you appreciate their input.

    4. Ask some local businesses if you can leave your card at their office in exchange for putting theirs at your center.

    5. Utilize www.craigslist.com You can post free ads there to advertise your services.

I'd be happy to write an article about your center and post it on Associated Content. Email me if you are interested at kristenmpratt@yahoo.com

  2. well first of all anything that involves child care involves CAN I TRUST YOU WITH MY BABY, so if yes you can do this you dont need to worry at all.

next since you cant advertise much and it seems your incentives and bonus programs arent working, you yourself should try to get customers for yourself at any possible location, try the supermarket or parks and see if you can get some opportunities there.

and since you are offering a service concerned business remember when trying to grab these customers you should try to use the so called "you approach". explaining what benefits you can offer to him/her rather than explaining what you can do. refrain from using words like i, we, our company etc..use words like you, your, and make it more appealing to your customer. hopefully when they do consider you company, and find it outstanding, they will be the ones who will recomend you to others, but of course it cant be outstanding without hard work.

    goodluck!!!

  3. You need a side hustle dear. Look to this page for legitimate jobs. www.hustle4cash.com

  4. do you accept child care assistance? also, try something other daycares in your area are not doing. Maybe night care, or extending your daytime hours of operations say 5am-midnight, however most states have a cap of only 12 hours a day allowed in care. what about after-school care that provides a bus to pick the kids up from school and dinner. These are a few suggestions i have heard of.

  5. Maybe it's your price?

  6. Have you registered with your local social services office.  In some states they do referrals if you are certified and its all free.  I hope this helps you out.  My sister ran a day care and social services paid for some of the children of lower income families.  This was her steady income as it was hard to get the individuals to pay.  God luck!

  7. A lot of parents hire teenagers for the summer, parent might be a teacher or took the summer off to keep the little ones plus older kids at home.

  8. pray and god will provide......have you tried putting printed paper on windshields in factory and store parking lots... that is a great cheap way of spreading the word of your business.

also websites are very reasonable . chances are you have someone in your family that can build one.  i have about 50 dollars in my website..   i wish you well    have a great day.

  9. i work at a day care too, and i can tell you that the number of children attending are going down for us as well. this usually happens in the summer, because alot of the children we take care of are teachers children, but this year has been a little worse. we even have a promotional discount on our enrollment fee, so hopefully things will look up in a while.
