My child has dandruff?

I know everyone goes through this and my childs 13 but i would like to know when is the effect supposed to stop for a while?

I don't think everyone goes thru that, but there's certainly things you can do.  You can use a dandruff control shampoo- there are several brands out there.  Or, if it looks like his scalp is really dry and itchy, he could have really dry skin on the scalp and there are prescription shampoos that he can use.

i have dandruff im 14 it started when i was 12 i think. just make sure u wash the top of the head espical if its a child who wears a ponytail all the time and sum ppl tell u to wash ur childs hair every day and washing it too much can make it worse well it did on me just wash it every other day and i had to ask my dr for sum special shampoo u cant get in stores and i washed my hair with that twice a week for almost 2 months and i still have a little dandruff but not as bad as before

idk but to treat it use head and shoulders shampoo

its hereditary my bro has it too and hes 19 head and shoulders shampoo works well thoguh
