Don't you people get it? I'm wanting more ideas than I got from him. I'm not interested in Chiro-bashing rampages please. If you have something constructive I'm eager to hear it; if you just want to ***** about Chiros, keep it to yourselves!

  1. Your chiro will apparently say anything to keep you coming back for "adjustments".  I strongly doubt you've lost your thoracic curve.

  2. The thorax is the most rigid portion of the spine due to the rib attachments. It is rare for this curve to be altered in the absence of pathology like osteoporosis. Add to that there are many people that have very shallow curves or a flat back, I have seen many. they did not lose any curve, they simply developed that way. This would be my guess in your case you did not lose it you may have never had it. There are no exercises that will affect the thoracic spine again because it does not move due to ribs. This is not true of the cervical or lumbar regions of the spine. If your chiro is not helping it may be time to fine another one, maybe a good one.

  3. You need to watch out for Chiro & Dr. I trust that they help but do your own reaserch before going into the dr. and do reserch after the dr. giving you results and wants you to do more testing...It's all about money for most! This has been my personal experience! Good Luck!
