  1. I've been in a similar situation many times, but disappointment isn't the common emotion. Sadness, loneliness, despair are more along the lines of what death often evokes in people. The fact that you feel disappointed is hard to deal with. I wonder what happened....

Anyway, the best things I can suggest you do is to talk about her often. Remember her and help others remember her as well. Think of her in the way you think of your best memories with her. Use this experience to remind yourself that life is tragically short, and you need to make the most of it. Make sure you tell the important people in your life that you enjoy their company, appreciate their friendship and love them for who they are and what they bring into your  life. The only thing you have to regret in life is not making sure that others knew how much they meant to you.

  2. Never forget her, but for now you will NOT stop thinking about her, this is normal in time you will come to accept that she has gone but for now grieve, everybody will understand.x Sorry for your loss.x

  3. I'm sorry to hear that. The only thing you can do is to try to move on, It won't happen within a day but eventually you will learn to accept it. Just remember the good times you had with her and remind yourself that she will never be gone. You will have her in your memories always and eventually the pain will go away.

  4. talk about it and don't hold anything in. to someone you trust.i had someone close to me die recently and talking and crying felt a lot better, i also got to remember the good times.

  5. you need to grieve ,you can not just get over it and forget that quick its not healthy ,feel your feelings ,cry ,yell get upset and then you will start to feel better ...sorry for your loss..
