Question:

My clothes seem to get almost damp in my cold dorm room's wardrobe. How should I avoid this?

I just moved into a dorm room that seems to stay very cold. However, it seems that there is also some moisture in the air here as well, and it seems to condensate on my clothes, making them damp and smelly, even though they're very clean. It's really annoying!

Does anyone know of anything that I can hang in the wardrobe that would absorb this moisture, or anything in general that would combat this and keep my clothes smelling fresh and natural?

  1. I can't remember what it's called but there is stuff you can buy from R.V shops that takes moisture out of the air.

a portable dehumidifier would work too. small ones aren't  too expensive

  2. Damp rid which is sold at most hardware shops. I keep a large tub in my closet and it draws the moisture from the air.
