My cockatail's had baby's and they all have feathers but 1 is this common?

Hi,

By the sounds of it then it could be two things one could be that it was younger than the rest, or it could be that the parents are feather plucking and so pulling all the new feathers out.

If the one without feathers was born a little later than the rest, then his/her feathers will come later on. If you wait maybe another week, and his/her feathers haven't come in yet, take your cockatail to the local veternarian, and they'll know what to do :)
