My cockatiel?

My (female) cockatiel keeps peeping her mating call a lot lately and it's kind of annoying. She's never done it this much before and I was just wondering what's going on. Thanks

She's in the mood for love. I've had a female Cockatiel with no male before and she would make squeeky noises and rub herself against things. She's letting you know, she wants to mate. Perhaps you could get her one of those small toys like a Beany Baby. That's what I got mine and she loves it.

She is just wanting to have some babie birds is all her clock is going off she should stop doing that with time. You could buy her a fake bird and a bird house to put in her cage so she can go in there and do whatever sometimes that works.
