  1. Your parents need to help you with this. It's their private information, and you need to communicate with them about what you are doing because they will be responsible for you while you are in college until you are 24 or 25. Make them listen. Make time for a serious conversation. Set an appointment if you have to. But you need to do this WITH them. Also, you have the wrong forms. They can show you which form to copy and send.

  2. This is what your and your parents tax forms will look like.  Your parents prob did the 1040 and you prob did the 1040 EZ but this is just a guess.  This is what the school is wanting.  If they are also wanting "with attachments" be sure you send any other forms that have information on them (Such as Schedule A or B).

    or

    or this

Be sure before you send the school your tax forms they are SIGNED by your parents and you.

The W2 is usually smaller (post card size) and it has "W2" somewhere on the top.  It will be from your (and your parents employers) and will have the exact amount of money you made from that particular place.  You should send them from EVERY place you and your parents earned money from in 2007.  Mom too.
