to bypass u have to go to a proxy site such as this one

scroll down, there will be a url link, and type your website. it will bypass your college thing, and let u go to any website

my advice is this "dont" bypassing the access protocols can get you in some serious troube with your university sometimes resulting in expulsion. just deal with it and go on the site you are able too usually the blocked access is for a good reason such as viruses or pornographic material. if you really want to go on the site then see your IT head at your school about the issue.
