Im trying to print off something that has the colours, green, yellow, black, orange, grey & cream but everytime I print it comes out mostly green.

Anything that is black comes out green and even black and white photos are coming out with a green tint.

What can I do?

  1. you might try taking your ink carteges out and shaking them well and put them back in and try a sample print.

  2. 1) heads are dirty

    2) no ink/toner

    3) u set the printer to print at low quality and/or only black n white

  3. Possibly your Magenta is depleted ( i think thats the red ) hence the Blue & Yellow make Green. Oh well it was a thought.

  4. One or more of the inks or toners has run out.

Click start/printers & faxes them right click on your printer & select properties.

If you are lucky there will be a tab for ink or toner levels.

    Otherwise print a test page.

  5. has your toner run out ?

  6. First of all we need to know what sort and what make of printer you have , if it is an ink-jet type maybe one of the cartridges has broken, it is impossible to say.
