My comcast dvr 8300 will not reboot does anyone know what I could try?

the clock has to show up on the box in order for the reboot to work, i've called tech support and had signals sent to box but still won't work

  1. Unplug it and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, you'll have to exchange it for a different box.
