My comcast hd channels dont work?

I only get audio from the television but not video for my hd channels...

I just got my cable yesterday

I have a hitachi hd tv

1.  you will need to make sure that your cable box is an HD box.

2.  you will need to connect the box to the tv with either a component

    or an hdmi cable.

the fact that you are getting audio is a good sign.  it just sounds like you don't have the propper video cables plugged in.

This happened to me also, until one day I used my component cables for my dvd player and hooked up my regular RCA cables to the cable box and all of a sudden my HD channels worked. I think its something with those HD cables. Try using your regular red, yellow, and white cables.
