My comcast is not working, can someone help me fix it please?

About 2 hours ago it started not responding, then not working at all. It just says "One moment please, This channel should be available shortly." on every channel. Any ideas on how to fix it? I've tried unplugging it, turning it off, and unplugging the cable, but nothing seems to work

It sounds to me like Comcast may be working on the lines.

Wait awhile and I bet your service comes back on.

You should call Comcast and see what they have to say.  If you get a busy signal, it's probably something wrong with their system and EVERYBODY is calling in.  If not, it's probably a simple problem that customer service can help you with.
