  1. check your settings and make sure you havent made it private. if you have then others wont be able to comment on your blogs.


  2. Different countries have different 360 features. I have noticed that some Asian hosts don't have a Top Page comment box at all. But just in case, see http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-1qCkw2Eha... for a visual on this.
