My comp is geting loads of CiD: pop ups,have been told to reset comp how do i do this?

ive on had comp a few weeks so do not need to back up any files,comp is windows vista busness can any1 help thanks! have try'd malwarebyte,anti malware program found nothing also tryed spybot s&d am still geting the pop ups r SO annoying!

  1. Switch your browser to Mozilla Firefox it has a pop up blocker built in. get it free in the Google Pack download. Just type Google Pack on your search bar and off you go.


  2. Have you recently installed Live Messenger Plus,if so go to add /remove programs and choose remove,then you will see an option to remove the sponsor Cid
