My company is registered , so shall i use r inside a circle in the title of my company name?

My company is registered in india , Can i use r inside a circle symbol for my company name title (r).shall i use it or not ?

In the US, the (r) is for a registered Trademark - nothing to do with copyrights - In the meantime, you can use   'tm' next to the name - that Unregistered Trademark - you have to pay to do a trademark search -usually with a patent/trademark attorney - google  "registered trademark process India" or something similar to find info online - not sure of Trademark process in India

if u have copy right along with registeration certificate u can use (r) ....if ur using (r) means u must have copy right on ur business name ... cuzz in india on same business name so many people using in diffrent business ......make a copy right of ur business name ....reigstration is common registration done by every small business person

Your company may be registered, but the circled "r" is for Registered Trademarks.
