My company is suppose to pro-rate my rent, i've left 3 message in order to find out how much it's suppose 2be

Haven't received a call yet but when i called this morning the lady say's the supervisor is aware and will be calling me back to let me know how much i should be paying.my rent is due on the 7th....if they don't call me back by the 7th what should i do, i don't want to be evicted or charged for late fees.

  2. If your company is somehow subsidizing your rents, that's a good thing.  However, YOU are responsible to pay the rents in full, since you are the person who rented the premises.

    Pay the full rents as agreed according to your lease, and work with your employer for a rebate as agreed.

    Assuming that your employer is not a signatory to your lease agreement, you owe the full rents to the landlord when due.  You can't withhold partial rents on your employer's agreement.
