My compressor is still running but only blowing...

Question

I can hear the compressor still running but food in freezer melting and in frig. not as cold as it should be. I also hear a clicking noise behind the unit. We took the back off the unit to see if the condenser was dirty but looked ok and the fan was working. Is my compressor going bad?
