My computer Restarts after shutting down command??

Hi all..

My pc is restarting just after shutting it down...

i have formated my system installed avast antivirus also..what can be the possible reasons??

any help to resolve the problem..

  1. may be you can try to reset your BIOS inside the motherboard.
