My computer at times in starting up it gos to it booting and before it end it shut down and starts all over ?

You need to do a system restore or a repair install.

You should go to safe mode by rebooting your computer and keep pressing e8 until boot options appear. In order to do a system repair from safe mode follow the instructions here http://bertk.mvps.org/html/safemode.html
