When my audio plays my songs it only plays the background music and the singer's voice is all crackly and broken. I have windows vista and I don't know if this contributes to the problem. I've looked for solutions but havn't found any, help!

  1. I've had this happen before on my desktop. Usually, the speaker wire has been slightly jarred out of the hole in the back of the tower. Just run your fingers along the speaker cord until it reaches the tower, and gently push it back in. It generally helps to play a song as you do this so you know if this is the problem and that it is now fixed. hope this helps!

  2. You could have a corrupted audio file, or possibly an audio driver problem.  I would see if this happens on more than one song file.  If it doesn't than the song file is the problem.  If it does, you could have a problem with your sound card, speakers, audio play software, or drivers.
