My computer batterie (read description)?

Question

i have a latitude d600 from dell

the other day i was charging my computer and

my dog bit a whole through the cord and so i taped it up

and it still works but my computer wont work without it now

is it because i need to leave it alone and let it charge for awhile.

or should i take it back?

well you cant take it back, its not a manufacturers fault,

your pretty much screwed, unless you buy another cable and use that (also, muzzle your dog near your pc lol)
