  1. lol

  2. its probably not compatible with the computer anymore, or there is a malfunction error when u try to use it. i had the same problem but different case with my linksys wireless and it wouldnt autoplay or open when i put it inside CD drive. the best i got for u is to restart computer, or get an antivirus or anything that will help. srry that i dont know much, im just an average 15 yr old teenager

  3. take in to you local computer shop they will be the bet and they should know

  4. Did your startup cd came up together with your microsoft package when you bought your computer? If yes, it's either overused or have lots of scratches already. If this cd is only pirated or a newly loaded start up system (might have different OS version) the installation could be incomplete.

  5. You need to make sure that your CD drive is working properly. You've already taken the necessary steps in order to make it boot from the CD. You may also need a new CMOS battery (usually a CR2032). If your battery is dead, your BIOS is probably resetting itself at every reboot. Check the system time. That's a good indicator.

  6. If it doesn't boot you might have to re-load the original programs. This is a disk that came with the computer. It puts the computer back to what it had when purchased. Did youtry booting it in the safe mode??
