We've tried synchronizing the computer clock to the internet clock and it keeps changing back to one hour behind.

  1. check what time zone you put in your computer.

double click on your time in the tool bar to bring this up.

  2. day-light savings

  3. Could be a few things:

    1. check the time-zone (in where you change the time)

    2. make sure daylignt-savings is checked (or unchecked) depending on your location

    3. make sure you have all the updates installed (daylight-savings changed by a few weeks in the US)

Now try updating the internet-time and see if it works.  I like the NIST (it's a government time server) server but the default windows one should be ok.

  4. no joke mine has been doing the same thing but its an hour foward ... donno ... all i did was left click the clock and hit "adjust time/date" and it stopped after i set the right setting and hit "apply" then hit "ok" and it was all good  =]
