Question:

My computer crashes, blue screen that says it is driver IRQL problem. How do I fix this?

When it crashes the same blue screen comes up. The first important line is that thie Driver IRQL is neither greater or lesser or something like that. How can I a non technichal computer user fix this?

  1. Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This  problem can be solved by uninstalling new software, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes .   2. First try system restore to a date before the problem started.

    or Try safe mode and uninstall the drivers one at a time, you didnt post the full error code so thats as far as one could do for you

  3. This could be several problem.  lets see if these solutions help.

    1) Did you recently install a new card? If yes uninstall it and and download recent drivers for it.

    2) Are you overheating? if yes, try downloading a free program to get the fan inside to turn on.

    You may also have a bad stick of RAM, try replacing the ram inside and see if it fixes your problem. If not it is a bad memory slot, and that would force you to either move your memory to another slot ot replace your motherboard.
