I am sure that there is some wacky device that you can buy that you can hook a camera up to and it puts out a picture CD. However, this device is probably not that practical and really expensive.

What you could do is just buy a CD burner, like this external one from Newegg:

Or, you could just bring your card to Walmart or any place with a photo lab and when they develop your pictures, they could put them onto a CD.

Everyone else is right that you can just buy an external CD burner for your computer.  If that's too complicated or expensive for you, find a place that develops photos or prints digital photos.  They'll probably have a CD burner and they might have an affordable service of burning the pictures onto CD for you for a small fee.
