My computer goes green or black when I use any browser.?

Question

My computer starts blinking within 10 minutes when I am using any browser Firefox, IE, Safari any of them, and then goes black or green and I can't do anything, I have to take off the battery to shut the computer down. PLEASE SOMEBODY I NEED YOUR HELP.

if it is not a problem of hardware than i ll suggest u to format u r hard disk.
