  1. go to ur control panel and add/remove software

remove any software that your don't use and filesharing programs as adware can be installed by some programs eg netants and morpheus

go to the start menu then click "run"

    type "msconfig"

    select the tab "startup"

    unselect everything

Click OK then  DO NOT Restart the Computer

(unselecting everything may stop programs like messenger from appearing at startup but these should start again once you run them)

now run your anti virus and your anti spyware

    Now restart your computer

This should should remove the viruses and spyware and all programs that cause them as well as the startup command to activate these programs

  2. try free superantispyware

    and Glary utilities

  3. first of all its your own fault for downloading p**n.

second get the free antii-virus software avast. millions of people use it and it updates like 10 times a day so viruses will not get in. ive had virus attacks many times and avast stops them straight away

  4. try using kaspersky antivirus

  5. download avg free and avira anti virus theyre free and work brilliantly ogether if one programma misses something the other catches it and removes trojans way much better than your programmes good luck

Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
