My computer got wet, it still works but the screen is weird..?

i got my computer wet about half hour ago, it still works (im on it right now) but the screen looks like theres water in it. what can do to make the screen better?

I'll assume it's a laptop and you most likely have liquid between the protective front and the LCD screen behind.

If there is no other damage, a computer shop could remove the bezel and dry it out for you. Beyond that, it's not going to resolve itself.
