My computer has a virus and i cant get do anything!!!?

ok my computer has a virus, and i can't get on the net to get it out, also i cant get into the file that lets me restore my computer, i have ran out of conclusions, i dont have any disks or cds so can someone hepl please, be detailed.

i assume you are running Windows. My best advice is download this http://download.bitdefender.com/rescue_c... and burn the iso, then put it into the infected computer and boot off of it. It should be able to remove the virus. Just make sure to make it delete after it does its scan.

Okay some how you were able to get your question out which means that you were able to get onto the net.

If you are not unable to get onto the internet I will email you the entire full free version of Superantispyware direct from my own computer as I have the software installed.  http://www.superantispyware.com  Update and run and in depth scan.  

My computer is 100% clean as in my profession I have both a moral and legal obligation to keep my pc clean.  So the attachment will come to you 100% clean.

Then all you have to do is open the attachment and install Superantispyware.

If you are able to get onto the internet then use the link I gave you and download the software as it finds viruses and spyware with no conflict to your own antiviurs or system.

i have the same problem i am going to buy a Hard Drive Enclosure and put my hard drives in it so i can scan it with my other computer

Have you tried unplugging it for awhile. mine did that 2. ihad to have it fixed, only 85$.
