  1. check power options in the control panel>power schemes and advanced tabs...

  2. OK... laugh if you want but my daughter has the same happen to her.  But she has seen a dark figured man standing by it at the base of her bed.  Also a small blonde haired girl about 4 or 5 yrs. of age.  The computer turns on & off on it's own & she has had several girls witness this when they had spent the night.  She is off on her own now & no longer has this computer.  The young girl is not there anymore the the dark figured man (appears like a shadow) still appears in her bedroom in her apt.  She is done being scared by 'it'.  It is creepy!

  3. demons!!!!!!!!

  4. unplug it\

  5. You probably have a virus checker, defrager, or disk clean up turned on, check to see what it is doing and go to that program and turn off the option.

You can change the clock to make it think it is 12 and see what starts.

  6. Yes go to the security part, go to where it says updates, turn updates off. It turns off because your updates are set to automatically install at a certain time.

  7. Unplug it from the socket

  8. nothing wrong, maybe just protectign itself

  9. there could be so many answers...what type of virus was it?  are there any timers (even if you didn't turn them on, they could have been reset or something during the repair)  what kind of computer is it?

  10. okokok. i will quit sneaking in your window and turning off your computor since it is bothering you so much.lol

  11. check task manager to see if a program is set for those hours and disable it

  12. WELL it depends its either you have a wire shortage as in the wire that turns the computer on is messed up or its that your computer needs to be reseted as in completlty restored becausse your computer system has a meessed up memory or something like that

  13. idk it could be possible that somewhere someone or you programmed it to do that. maybe trying a system restore to a date before this problem could fix the problem

  14. unplug

or power it with lemon juice then sprinkle it with salt to rid the bad joo joo

  15. well try unplugging it

  16. You may need to reformatt using a windows xp cd.

Do you still have the virus on your computer?

There is a program running that is telling your computer to turn on.

start up your computer go to your command prompt and type in

Chkdsk/r it will tell you it will check the next time your computer is restarted press Y.

    may fix your problem.

  17. youve downloaded to much porno

  18. Maybe it turns on to do a virus scan or something? It could be on a schedule perhaps...

  19. have you try getting rid of the virus? cuz if u do it might stop, Or is there something that dus it automatic? like in ur  control panel? i got it but its off, im gonna soon turn it on.

  20. It is set to do automatic updates and scans at that time.  Mine used to do the same thing.

  21. it is probably just automatically going in sleep mode in order to conserve energy. my computer does that, it won't hurt, only help.

  22. This depends on the operating system.  If the computer is a Mac, in System Preferences under Energy Saver, there's an option to set times to start up and/or sleep or shut down.

  23. you probably have a timer on your computer, since it is asleep and it randomly comes on. You might want to unplug, from the adapter, and shut down your computer and see what happens. Hope this helps!

  24. umm idk mayb a timer
