  1. In short, it means you're running too much c**p at once on an older computer. More RAM would help, or simply doing fewer things at once.

vv this is 100% wrong, the issue isn't hard drive space at all

  2. download tune up

    http://www.4shared.com/file/60968479/cbf...

    it has memory optimizer

  3. you need more ram

  4. Virtual memory is parts of your hard drive the computer sets aside to serve as RAM when it doesn't have enough.  Of course, this is much, much slower than actual, physical RAM.  Fixing it is done either by getting more RAM, or change the amount of virtual memory the computer will use by going to Control Panel --> System --> Advanced tab --> Settings under Performance --> Change under virtual memory (at least that's the process I see, using Windows XP SP3).

  5. It just means you need to erase some stuff.  Make a data disc and erase some files.

  6. computers are only smart as their owner

    YOU NEED MORE RAM

  7. increase your virtual memory.there is a option for that.in xp right click my computer then select properties.then try different opttions in each tabs(i dont remember bcoz nw i m using vista).there is the option to increase your virtual memory.

  8. It means that you need to set your virtual memory with a higher value.

Virtual memory is a feature in modern operating system to use part of your hard disk as RAM so that you could have more free RAM space to use.

Windows Operating system will move some of the unuse applications loaded in your RAM to the virtual memory so that you could have more RAM.

To set a higher virtual memory.

    1) Go to Control Panel

    2) Click System

    3) Click Advance

    4) Click Perfromance Setting

    5) Click Advanced

    6) Click Virtual Memory Change

    7) Set the Initial Size and Maximum Size to 2048.

    8) Restart your PC.

  9. It means that almost all of the computer's virtual memory was used up. Just simply click the balloon and the computer itself will refresh your virtual memory.

  10. if that is the case there is no hope for you but to get a new company. Chances are your system is very old. You will need a lot of memory upgrade and hard drive upgrade as well. Probably cheaper for you to just buy a faster system.

  11. go to control panel then system  then to advanced system settings then advanced then perfomance-seettings.then advanced again and you will see where you can change virtual memory. increase this to a value e.g.  triple the value that currently exists then prees the SEt button. your system goes on low virtual memory because you are using too much RAM. this solution will work because i did it on mine but you can buy more RAM but that is a more expensive alternative.
