My computer has video input a sony vaio all in one...

Question

Hey i have notticed that my computer has the red yellow and white video input and audio input holes. I was wondering if i could hook up a tv signal or xbox to this. I have reformatted my computer from windows home to widnow ultimate b4 and probally lost the video drivers. I have no idea how I would set this up so i could display the video from the input on my computer. Also i tried to use window media center and it said no tv tuner software was detected
