My computer i driving me crazy?

my computer keeps telling about this update so i do it and it says fatal error during installation and it keeps telling me to install it and when i cancel it comes up again!!!!WHAT DO I DO!!!!

See what is the update (KB12345) then go to download.microsoft.com and search for that update. Download it and install it manually. To learn windows hacks visit my website. The link is in my profile

Well, you never mention if the computer tells you what is getting updated. Is it windows or some program?

If I ever encountered a problem like that I'd try using anti-virus and looking up the error code. If you deleted something important system restore might work.
