My computer is acting funny.?

My computer is pretty much brand new. Its got AMD Athlon 2600+ 2.09GHz, Windows XP SP 3, 1 GB RAM, 2 ATi Radeon 9800 Pro, and NVidia(R) Nforce(TM). I put on Civilization 4, Company of Heroes, War Rock, and a WOW Trial. Civ 4 works amazingly, I put it on full high def specs and its smooth as butter, but when i put COH on it goes through the title menu, and when i start the game, my computer restarts. This happened with the WOW Trial, and eventually in War Rock. I have DirectX 9.0c, what could be wrong? I also got the latest ATi 9800 Pro Drivers.

You have an ATI card in an Nvidia chipset MB. It's Nvidia's way of getting you to buy a Nvidia video card:)

Also, your processor is over 6 years old (released 8-2002) and may be the cause of your problems.

I'm not a computer nerd or anything but all you need to know is one word: Vista. If you have it than that's probably what's wrong.

you could update to directx10...and do a online virus scan go to Housecall.Trendmicro.com or Safety.Live.com the last one is Microsoft's last try AMD support
