  1. Uh, its what the message says. If you google the statements it gives you, typically it has a website with an answer, that means you must have a pretty old computer and have small amounts of RAM. Yeah, you need more RAM to beat that for once and for all (Well, until windows7 -.-)

  2. You need to install more memory and by the sounds of it you are doing too many things at the same time.

You can increase the size of the virtual memory but it runs very slow because it uses your hard drive as memory.

You should also clean your computer

    Go to and follow instructions

  3. get more RAM

  4. Using a registry cleaner can clean up your computer and then make your computer faster,Why?the reason is that there may be some registry errors and remnant, corrupt files and temp files in your computer to cause "computer slow".

Every time you install and uninstall software on your computer and surfing online you create junk in the computer registry.over time, the registry can grow to enormous proportions, especially if the various programs you've installed do not do a good job of deleting and/or updating it's Registry entries. You need to scan and clean your computer with registry cleaner to make it fast.Good Registry Cleaner will improve your computer and Internet performance dramatically!

There are some comparison and review of TOP 5 registry cleaners.

  5. There are MANY reasons for computer slow downs:

    a] not enough memory

b] too many programs starting up with windows at boot up time

    c] spyware

    d] too many junk files

    e] too many restore points

Routine maintenance the will definitely help restore your PC's speed to what it could/should be...

    1. Increase your Virtual Memory, then

    2. Download and run PageDefrg (free tool from Microsoft).

    3. Run MSCONFIG and deactivate any startup programs that you DON'T want/need to run at boot time

    4. Uninstall any unwanted programs

    5. Ensure that you have more than 500 MB's of free space on your C: drive. (if not, it's not IF your PC will crash...it's WHEN your PC crashes). If not, move your Music/Videos offline to DVD's or CD's.

    6. Purge all temp folders and internet temp files

    7. Run defrag again after all the cleanup you just did.

8.install Registry cleaner and run daily

  6. When allocating memory, Windows tries to use your physical memory (RAM) first, when that is used up, it then tries to use HD space (known as Virtual Memory).  Virtual memory is also much slower than real physical memory.  To check this out, boot your computer for a while and run some programs that you typically run (i.e. don't do this immediately after you've initially booted your computer).  Do a Ctrl-Alt-Del, Task manager.  Then go to Performance tab.  Look in lower portion of screen.  Under Physical Memory, look for Total.  This is your total Physical RAM.  Now look under Commit Charge and Peak.  This is the most amount of memory your computer has tried to use at any given time since your last reboot.  If peak Commit Charge is larger than Total Physical Memory, increase total physical memory (Buy more RAM).

The short/quick solution is to allocate more HD space for virtual memory.  To do this, go to Control Panel>System>Advanced Tab, Click Settings under Performance.  Click advanced, click change.  Here you'll see where you can set the range that Windows will use for virtual memory; simply increase that and hit Set.  However, if you need more RAM, I advise increasing that over this method.  This is only to get you by until additional RAM can be bought.

increase the virtual memory in your system after optimizing it for better performance.

  8. maybe  u  need  to   go  to   all  programs   and   u  can  identify    programs  that  u   have  on  the  computer  ..it  will  tell  u    when  u  used  ea. program  last  or    how  often.......and  it  will  give  u  option to  delete  those  u  use  least  or   those  u  do  not  use  at  all..click    start   go  to  my  computer    then     to  add  or  delete  programs.   sometimes  these  can   use  up  ur  memory and  slow  things  down. another  option  is  to    restructure  your  computer   to  like  new  cond.  but  be   sure  your  computer  came  with   a   disk  before  u  do  this.sometimes  software gets downloaded  and  you  are not  aware it is happening and  it  takes  up your memory. you  also may  need to  optimize  as  well.
