My computer is showing funny symbols?

Question

they are a red suare, a green circle and a blue triangle , in a square box about 7 mm square, why ? it stops me seeing images, how do i correct this please ?

right click it, go to properties, and see what the file format ends in.

Maybe your computer or the site can't completely download it, in which case it's just the "cannot display image" picture...

Well it may be because your browser doesn't support that kind of image (or you don't have the codec maybe)

hi well i cant tell you why this is happening but i think I can be of some help. I  know what you are seeing i have had this prob myself before if what you are seeing looks like a page with a turned in corner and something looking like what you are describingg on it  i think it means that your computer knows there is a graphicc but for some reason it cannot display i would try your help pages or looking though your settingss
