I would try going to www.pcpitstop.com and so an overdrive scan.  Basically it will go through your computer and tell you different ways to speed up your computer.  I would also download spybot search and destroy (just search it on google) and make sure you don't have any ad-ware.  Hope this helps and good luck!

low computer performance is due to number of reasons...First, you need to let me know what version of OS you are using, so that problems can be easily track and fix to optimise your system

no program may help to increase your speed, you need to increase your capacity of RAM memory and processor.

1. you can activate avast or nod32 antivirus instead of having more  space  consuming antivirus systems.

2. dont use more 3D games.

3. dont install more softwares that you use occassionally which may consume space in ram resulting in low memory for working

4.  if u use any databases such as oracle or sql please quit them by giving exit to the notification icon when it is not in use.

5.  dont put themes.

And sorry there is no specific programs to accelerate your ram.
